Have you received notification of a payment remark?

When a payment remark is reported to us it will not be visible in our system until 30 days after it was reported. (Exceptions are payment remarks of type; Intet til Utlegg and Trekk i Lønn). When the payment remark is reported to us we will send a notification of registration letter to the person in question with information about the payment remark and registration date. The notification letters also has information about who reported the payment remark and their contact information. You need to contact the company who reported the payment remark directly with regards to details about the claim.

Min Experian

In the portal Min Experian, you will find an overview of your notification of registration letters, and who has sent them. The service is free and require BankID for a secure log-in. Register here to access your notification of registration letters.
