When is a payment remark registered?

For private individuals:
A payment remark can be reported to the credit agencies 30 days after legal action has been taken, legal action meaning that the case is sent to a legal authority for processing. If debtor has a repayment plan with collector and fails to keep this plan, a payment remark can be reported immediately.

For companies:
A payment remark can be reported to the credit agencies 30 days after collector has sent the payment request.            

Dispute claims can not be reported.
