On the 24th of November we hosted our flagship conference Innovation Summit where we want to create a space for you and your peers, who have a passion for credit related trends, data and innovation.

Considering the economic disruptions that the COVID-19 pandemic brought about in 2020 and the adaptions taken by individuals, businesses and economies, our theme for the conference was Lead the New Now.

At Innovation Summit, Paul Heaton, Head of Product and Proposition Marketing at Experian presented our newly released Forrester Report; Data, digitalization, and the return to pre-pandemic growth. The latest report uncovers the importance of digitalization and customer experience to deliver acquisition growth, and explores what consumers want in return for sharing their data. 

Paul gave insights into:

  • How do you deliver first in class customer experiences
  • Data, consent and maximizing opportunity
  • What do businesses see as the biggest opportunities and challenges in the next 12 months.
